Play & Pretend: JP: 3. Playing Rough - Story

Depending on a child’s sensory needs, their pain threshold or enjoyment during contact games will differ. This story is targeted at children who struggle to control their own strength in contact games and accidentally hurt their friends. It is also a helpful lesson for children who are accidentally hurt by friends playing too rough. They learn to recognize that their friends may not be intentionally hurting them.
