Meet & Greet: JP: 6. Showing Respect - Story

Respect encompasses so much.  If we can show respect to ourselves, others and their belongings, and the environment, we are likely to interact in positive ways with those around us and our world.  This story defines respect and shows children the different types of respect and how to show respect in different ways.  It brings in skills learned from previous lessons, such as being kind with their words, listening to others, and good manners.  It introduces some new concepts such as accepting differences, respecting the environment, and boundaries.
