Faces & Feelings: SP: 7. Thinking & Feeling - Story

This story helps children to see that feelings are influenced by the way they think about a situation.  This means that they can change how they feel by changing their thoughts.  The story shows the impact of positive thoughts versus negative thoughts and how these can influence feelings.  It also gives children permission to have difficult feelings and reminds them of some strategies to help themselves feel better.
