Chit & Chat: SP: 4. Correcting Others - Story

This story builds on the understanding that everyone has different strengths and struggles.  It helps children to understand that many children find it hard to be corrected by others, especially if this correction or help is provided in an insensitive way.  Children are taught to be mindful of how someone might feel when they offer help or correction.  It provides them with practical tools on how to do this without offending the other person.  Children are taught to help or correct others in a way that makes the other person feel good and does not come across as bossy or arrogant.
